Step-by-Step:
- Click sidebar menu (☰)
- Expand Admin section
- Expand Communication submenu
- Click Messages or Nachrichten

Page Layout
Key Areas
- Header - "Compose Message" button, message history filter
- Message History - List of sent messages with status
- Compose Area - Message editor with recipient selection
- Template Library - Saved message templates
Available Actions

Sending a Message
Compose New Message
- Click "Compose Message" button
- Select Recipients:
- All Employees
- Specific Teams
- Specific Users
- Position-based (e.g., all Kellner)
- Write Subject and Message Body
- Optional: Add attachments
- Click "Send" or "Schedule"

Recipient Targeting
By Team: Send to all members of selected team(s)
By Position: Send to all employees with specific position(s)
Individual Users: Select specific employees from list
Combined: Mix and match (Team A + Position Kellner from Team B)
Message Templates
Purpose: Save frequently used messages for quick reuse
Creating Templates:
- Compose message
- Click "Save as Template"
- Name the template
- Template saved for future use
Using Templates:
- Click "Use Template" in compose area
- Select template from library
- Message pre-filled, edit as needed
- Send
Common Templates:
- Shift reminder
- Schedule release notification
- Policy updates
- Event information
Scheduled Messages
Use Case: Send messages at optimal time (e.g., Monday morning)
How to Schedule:
- Compose message
- Click "Schedule" instead of "Send"
- Set date and time
- Message queued for delivery
Managing Scheduled: View scheduled messages in History tab, cancel before send time
Message History
Access: History tab shows all sent messages
Information Shown:
- Subject and preview
- Recipients (count and names)
- Send date/time
- Read status (how many opened)
Actions:
- View full message
- See recipient list
- Track read receipts
- Resend to new recipients
